Mostly liposuction is done on the human only but now days it can be done on dogs also. Actually liposuction is not an easy task; it is very costly or expensive. But they are very less veterinarian who will do liposuction on dogs.
Many rich people who are having dogs, in actual they will do liposuction on their dogs to look prettier,  young and some owner done it to remove tumor from their dog.

• Obesity

  Liposuction is also done in this condition. Veterinarian performed the procedure on dog by using the suction tool normally used to clean up fluids which is normally canned tumor

• Wrinkles
  Wrinkle removal is advised to dogs with skin lesions and infections.

The process is pretty much the same as it is on human beings. You can talk with any veterinarian about liposuction and if you can then do some research, so that you will aware of those risks involved.

Actually the chances of risk are not much, just as with humans having liposuction surgery.
