A poison is any substance harmful to the body.

These are 2 toxin names which are in the chocolate, one is caffeine, alkaloid theobromine and second one is mehtyxanthines. These two are very dangerous for your dog.

Kit should be contain, bottle of hydrogen peroxide, can of soft dog food, to flush out eye contamination keep saline eye solution, artificial get to lubricate eyes after flushing, after skin contamination you need to give him a bath so keep mild grease cutting dishwashing liquid, rubber gloves, forceps to remove stinger, to avoid pain keep muzzle and pet carrier should be their in your house to carry your pet to the veterinarian.
